1. Analyse requirements
We provide you with the right people with the necessary know-how to successfully implement your SAP requirements. Our pool includes experts for all common roles, such as program managers, project managers, stream leaders/sub-project managers, consultants, developers and interfacing.
2. Putting together a team
We put together the right team for you, taking your individual requirements into account. You are involved in the process right from the start.
3. Starting a pilot project
Once we have jointly defined and set up the necessary project infrastructure, selected the project management method and put together your team, we start a small test project in which suitable project organisation and communication can be established.
4. Building trust and growing together
We celebrate the initial successes together and expand the team as required. Our experienced team will help you with support tasks or a comprehensive suite of services. Depending on the application, we establish a suitable billing model on a fixed price or ticket basis.
